Slight color variations may occur between batches due to fabric differences. Color variations due to photographic lighting or monitor settings are beyond our control. Returns or replacements for color variations are subject to standard return fees.

2. Measurement Error:

Our foldable sofa bed models are handcrafted with a measurement tolerance of +/- 2%. Returns for measurement discrepancies within this range do not qualify for free returns.

3. Shipping Delays:

If delivery is delayed by more than 1 business day for Priority deliveries or more than 2 business days for Express deliveries, we will refund the additional shipping charges. Delays due to customer non-availability, incorrect information, or refusal to accept delivery will make shipping charges non-refundable.
